An employee of the property management company Vysotki Kurska removed campaign materials of A Just Russia candidate Inna Kuznetsova from information boards near apartment building entrances and claimed that only approved materials could be posted there. A video of the incident was published by the Pepel Kursk Telegram channel.
Kuznetsova said that her leaflets on Deriglazov Avenue regularly disappear and are replaced with campaign materials from her rivals. In the video, the management company employee says that the boards belong to the company: “The blue one is ours, and you’re putting up ones that aren’t ours. If you put them up now, I’ll tear them down.” When asked why United Russia campaign materials featuring Governor Alexander Khinshtein remain on the boards, the woman replied that the company has an “agreement” with him. Inna Kuznetsova appealed to the Kursk Oblast Election Commission, the State Housing Inspectorate, and the Investigative Committee, asking them to investigate the situation.
Previously, Dmitry Aseyev, a Communist Party (CPRF) candidate in Samara Oblast, reported possible interference with the distribution of campaign materials. According to him, his leaflets in Kinel were covered with advertisements. When residents removed the advertisements, they discovered documents from the city administration on the reverse side, including diagrams of utility networks and infrastructure.
